This program includes three major components that are carefully individualized to fit the needs of the participants​

LEADERSHIP: We want every child to know what it feels like to lead as well as be lead. We want our youth to learn the importance of leadership and the exercising of authority, but also learn the importance of being a follower and exercising genuine support of an authoritative figure.

EMPOWERMENT: We want every child to leave with a sense of confidence. We want them to feel and know that they can and will be successful. We want them to have gained knowledge and understanding of what it will take to be successful in this world and to know that they have a large group of people willing and able to back them and their endeavors. We want our youth to acknowledge their their uniqueness and use it to thrive.

EXCITEMENT: Leadership and empowerment are two very important things. But we believe that every person will truly love who they are and what they do in life if they can find some fun in it. Therefore, we introduce excitement into as much of the program as we possibly can.
