Our Youth Memphis Scholarship

There is no GPA or ACT requirement. To be eligible for the 2027 Our Youth Memphis Scholarship, applicants must:

• Be a high school senior in the Class of 2027

• Be a resident of Memphis, Tennessee at the time of application

• Be accepted into a post-secondary program (college, community college, trade school, or certification program) and provide proof within 14 days of notification

• Plan to begin post-secondary education or training during the 2027–2028 academic year

• Understand that students may only receive one OYM scholarship

• Understand that scholarship funds will be issued within 30 days after proof of post-secondary enrollment or acceptance is submitted

• Use scholarship funds for education-related expenses only, such as books, supplies, tuition, orientation fees, housing, transportation, testing, or professional development costs

• Understand that scholarships are non-transferable and will be forfeited if eligibility requirements are not met

• Agree that, if selected, their name, photo, and high school may be shared on the Our Youth Memphis website and social media (Instagram and LinkedIn) for recognition purposes

Meeting all eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection. All applications are reviewed carefully. Scholarship application will open in August.
